Charlotte-Mecklenburg police arrested a man who robbed a 16-year-old Tuesday night at the Seventh Street Station stop along the light rail line in Uptown Charlotte. The incident happened shortly after 8:15 p.m. A police report said the suspect forced the teen to by a train ticket then took him to an ATM to check his account balance, but the man was not able to get any money.
